Mr. Ajmera's Review (A business user)

If there is one thing absolutely vital in my smartphone apart from great call management, is it being able to download and edit most email attachments; and much more such as Pushmail present in this device. I strongly recommend the Maxx Race AX8 when it comes to easy-to-use keyboard that's small enough to pack away smartly but big enough to offer convenience while typing. Not an hour goes by without my phone ringing, that's why I always go for something like the Maxx Race AX8 that has all the advanced features to ease the communication. Although I am not so much into file sharing via Bluetooth as I am more of an email guy, but it is quite essential for hands-free calling. I am constantly on the move, even if most of the travel routes are familiar, the GPS navigation in the Maxx Race AX8 is quite reliable and reassuring.

Mrs. Iyer's Review (A homemaker)

It easily fits in my hands and I can carry it with ease; however the typing is a bit uncomfortable. I like enlarging the images and text on the screen, which I do quite often, using my fingers instead of fidgeting with the settings and multi-touch on this phone allows me to do it. I never let a special occasion pass by without recording it, right from cake cutting to dinner parties; and the Maxx Race AX8 with good recording features is really good for me. I don't like the camera in particular, and I won't be buying the Maxx Race AX8, however good the other features might be. Smartphones with larger memory is always preferred by me; this phone can't even hold images and videos which I save in a single week. The expandable memory of the Maxx Race AX8 is a good option for me as against the high priced smartphones which come with high internal memory.

Ishan's Review (A geek)

I am so hooked with the immersive gaming and reading experience offered by the large and vivid display of this smartphone. I definitely need a multi-touch screen to zoom in or out on the gaming action and even flick the ebook pages. Well, the frequency never bothered me so much with reading, but gaming on this 1 GHz device is a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend such a low RAM even for the most amateur gamer; in fact for anyone. No clue what's the point of storage which can't even make enough room for my apps, leave alone my books and games. Even if your smartphone offers good amount of internal storage, extendable memory never hurts and is good to know that there's room left if you need.

Prachi's Review (A social butterfly)

For me the 5 inches display is the first thing I noticed in the Maxx Race AX8. I think Maxx Race AX8 has an absolutely cool screen size. It fits well in my denim pockets and I can type with one hand. Not that bad for viewing videos either, but I like to view videos on larger screens. I can zoom in or zoom out images with pinching movements of my fingers on the screen of the Maxx Race AX8. And flick my fingers to rotate images or turn pages of ebook; that's why the Multi-Touch technology is really nice. Yes, 8 MP is not that great camera resolution. There are so many smartphones with better megapixels sometimes even cheaper than this phone. I love clicking pictures with my smartphone and this one doesn't seem up for it. I can't imagine my smartphone without the secondary camera. I and my friends simply love the selfies and groupies and click hundreds of them. It's too much effort to do it with the main camera, so having a cool front camera is much better; it is more fun to have front camera with higher megapixels. My smartphone should do a lot of things simultaneously and not just basic messaging, emails and browsing. And the 2G network is too slow to do anything more than that. I can now travel to almost any new place or location with the built-in GPS and it is great help during various emergencies, traffic updates or navigation issues. I always forget charging my phone so USB charging via my laptop is really a good option for me and sometimes I even use this port to transfer music and images. The internal storage in the Maxx Race AX8 is quite stingy with the tiny 4 GB. I don't know what it is good for when it can hardly hold any of my media files.
